Writer reduces images to 0.02'' after reopening the file

Hi, When I inserted images in libreoffice (normally by copy-paste), and anchored as character all look good.

However, after opening and closing the file a few times, almost all (but not all) images have been reduced to 0.02’’ x 0.02’’ size. You only see a fain dot, instead of the image. I can re-size the image to 3’‘x3’’, but it will happen again.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Thanks in advance

Just a guess after a failed attempt to reproduce this: If it doesn’t happen to all images, is there a pattern? Does the file type of the graphic make a difference?

Edited for clarity

Not really. Looks random.

Also, I can close and open the file many times, and nothing happen. Then suddenly, some images are small.

I am thinking maybe because I opening the file from different computers? All with Debian and Writer. I can test if that is the case.

@danielchsny,
Thats means .docx. Could it be?
