Writer - view outline folding not available

In Writer then I click,

Tools > Options > LibreOffice Writer > View,

there is no tick box for,

Show outline-folding buttons

Please help me find it.

Nothing can be done with your version, since the feature was introduced in 7.1 (and moved out of experimental status in 7.4).
