Zoom page size bar is no longer in Writer

I miss the Zoom page size bar in the bottom right corner. It was MUCH easier to use than going to View, Zoom, Choosing a size, or clicking on Zoom and setting a specific zoom factor or view layout. Far too many steps. I used to use it all the time and miss it.

I miss the information on the bottom of the screen

In older versions of Writer with a long document, the information on the bottom of the screen was very important. Now, I have to go through the menus to find it. It is no longer as user-friendly.

Perhaps you lost the Status Bar during an update.

Tick View>Status Bar near the top of the View menu.
