I sketch a possible solution in One, this could also be the solution for Two.
In the case of Three
it is a bit more tricky because

bin (window, bucket) size varies
-
number of bins could vary as well
Therefore the spreadsheet I sketched in One needs a few rows more to deal with above-mentioned conditions. Maybe a macro could be needed to deal with the higher number of bins.
It would be good to get some feedback on still remaining problems to reach a solution for all.
