CTL deactivated after restart

hi everyone , I use LibreOffice 5.3 on ubuntu 17.04 and after active CTL(persian) and press “ok” , in Formatting Toolbar cant see left-toRight / Right-to-left , for this i deactive and active Formatting toolbar and it’s be correct.
after close my document and start a new document the CTL be deactive and i must active again !!

I tried to replicate.

• After enabling CTL Persian, my Formatting toolbar showed two blank spaces at the right side.
• After deactivating and activating the Formatting toolbar, no change was seen.
• After choosing LtR and RtL as Visible Buttons, they showed, and the two blank spaces at the right side remained.
• When opening a new documente, the two black spaces disappeared.
• After again deactivating and activating the Formatting bar, the two blank spaces at the right side reappeared.
• After disabling CTL Persian, LtR and RtL buttons disappeared (but remaind checked as Visible Buttons), and appeared a half blank space at the right side of the Formatting toolbar.
• When opening a new documente, the two black spaces disappeared.
• After unchecking LtR and RtL buttons, Formatting toolbar is normal again.

LibreOffice 6.3.6.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1

CTL is for Complex text layout.
