I think I got confused. Do you want each cell in column E to be red if it is greater than any column F value, that is, the maximum value of column F? So that each cell in column E is color green if it is less of any value in column G, that is, of the minimum value of column F?

Each cell in column E to be red if it is greater than any CELL in column F value, that is, the maximum value of column F? So that each cell in column E is color green if it is less of any CELL value in column G, that is, of the minimum value of column F?
Because there are not values on E greater than the maximum value on F, that is way I changed on the sample some values on E to verify CF was working fine.
