I upgraded my linux distro (Lubuntu 17.10), and with that came LibreOffice 40m0(Build:2). Unfortunately, all my toolbar icons have disappeared (I've included a screenshot from writer). How do I get them back?

See the answer here: [] Essentially go to Tools.Options. Libreoffice/View and change the Icon Style from 'Automatic(Helpimg)' to, say, Galaxy if it's there. If not, the link above will point you to how to add icon styles as well, I believe.

Clicking on the "view" menu causes a seg fault. I think, as is typical in ubuntu after a few upgrades, that I'm going to need a fresh install.
