How do I print address labels from a spreadsheet

Have a spreadsheet with addresses. Want to produce labels from it. Instructions given in LO ‘Help’ don’t work. How do I enter the source of the data into the label printing setup page? It does not find my spreadsheet and there is no option to browse or to enter the filename.
