I have an embedded video in a Libreoffice Impress presentation. How do I export it as a separate file?

A client sent me a PPTX presentation with several videos embedded int it (not external files). The presentation runs fine in Impress but I need the original MP4 files and the client does not have them. I could not find a way of doing this so far. The element does not have a "Save as" or "Export option" and right-clicking does nothing.

The ODP file is a ZIP format file.
So change the file extension to ZIP and extract.
The free 7-Zip app understands that all LO files are ZIPs.
So using 7-Zip you can just right-click and extract.

The video files are in the Media folder.
