I created this file, and these are my settings for VB scripts and macro :
and even tho, when I save the file in Microsoft Excel macro-enabled format XML, when I save the file everything except the text disappears.
Any idea on what might be causing the issue ? is there any way to save the file properly ?
@DivineKataroshie How did you create this Spreadsheet - using MS Excel? It uses a Toggle Button which is an ActiveX control which AFAIK is not supported in LO Calc. It works OK when opened in Excel.
“is there any way to save the file properly?” Yes, in .ods format. And rewrite the macros in LO Basic rather than VBA. However, it is possible to create spreadsheets with macros that work in both suites but takes a great deal of effort. You must become an expert in both languages and both Office suites. Not recommended in most cases.
