Please see attached for screencaps. Never before encountered this problem, and from the looks of the page format, everything is ‘normal’
I don’t understand why the page formatting doesn’t carry over even when I copy/paste the entire sheet. Really hoping someone can help with this!

Attach / make accessible the “real thing”, not images or anything containing images. Attach images only if the question is explicitly about the view.

The help can tell you how to set a zoom factor.
In short; menu path >View>Zoom or click on the zoom info at the right end of the status bar or using the slide ruile left of it.
In this specific case the images actually confirmed what was to guess anyway:
You misadjusted the zoom factor. It is 100% in the first image, but 75% in the second. The nominal column widths / row heights surely aren’t changed, and you should not change them to (then bad) values. Set the zoom factor to 100% again.
