Are there users having installed LibO under Arabic or Hebrew systems with respective UI?

ive installed lo 6.2.5.2 few days ago but menu is invalid

hi ive successfully installed lo 6.2.5.2 few days ago. but main menu (in writer,calc and all other lo apps) is not clickable (when clicking on a menu item like File,Table nothing heppans). (I can reach menu items with alt+key though) thanks for any help. os: windows 10. this is hebrew version of lo.

This question is a call for posts since the linked thread lead to the suspicion the issue might be locale/language related, in specific related to the writing direction of the UI language…
