How do I get page numbers to also include the page total? e.g. 1 of 2, 3 of 12
Doubleclick in the footer area to enable editing in footer.
From the Insert - Fields menu, add the Page count field (usually a tool icon with two # characters), normally found just below the Page number item (which usually is a tool icon with a single # character).
Doubleclick in main text area again to activate normal editing.
You should then achieve something like this.
Since the theme icons may vary, it is better to quote the menu item entry as Page Number and Page Count. This is less ambiguous/confusing.
