Trying to add a checkbox in base report
Hello,
There is no “checkbox” available in Report Builder. You can simulate one when using a boolean field. See this post on how to do this → Conditional format for boolean in report

As noted in the link, you can use other characters such as:
If([MASTERWORK] = "false";"☐";"☑")
