Weird interface bug

Hello,
I just installed Libre Office and found out that the interface is acting a bit weird. There are lines all over the images and icons. The icons do appear normal when clicked or when the mouse is hovered over it.

Looks like the typical “OpenGL glitch”. See e.g. the answer to this question.

In Windows. Try going to Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View and unticking the box Use OpenGL (for LO 6.x) or Use Skia for all rendering (LO7)

2020-09-13. Sorry, my eyesight isn’t as good as it was, I couldn’t differentiate between G and C.

In Linux. Try going to Tools > Options > LibreOffice > OpenGL and unticking the box Allow Use of OpenGL

In Linux. Try going to Tools > Options > LibreOffice > OpenGL

This must be a configuration path specific to a certain distribution and its packaging of LibreOffice. TDF’s packages have it on the same place as on Windows systems (Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View: Use OpenGL/Skia for all rendering)

Flatpack 7.0 on mint Linux 19.3. I was slightly surprised to see it wasn’t in the same place but…
