Using spreadsheet as a Find & Replace database for a word document

An ex co-worker of mine once set up for me a a mass replacement system in MS Word. Basically, there’s a spreadsheet containing all the words/phrases I want to replace (with one column being what to find, and another what to replace with), and Word would use that sheet as a reference library to mass replace everything in the document. Here’s an example of how the sheet looks like:

dis | this

're | are

's | is

I’m trying to migrate to Libreoffice, but the fact that I can’t bring that system along is giving me serious pause. Is there any way to replicate it in Libre?

That’s for autocorrect entries, not exactly what I was looking for. That is assuming libre’s autocorrect can’t handle mass replace using regular expressions.
