Filter values Not used in whole spreadsheet

Hi everyone I’m new to using LibreOffice, want to know for example I have Values in Column that may or may not be used anywhere in the spreadsheet, is there a way to filter values that are not used and remove them?

@zortxmundi, What do you mean with “values that are not used”?

Yes, there are a few ways. Here one:

  • Select the data, choose menu Data - AutoFilter.
  • When prompted if Do you want the first line to be used as column header?, answer Yes if first line is no data.

To continue, take a look at LibreOffice Help on Applying AutoFilter.

Once filtered, you can copy and paste, or delete the visible data.

Tested with LibreOffice 6.3.6.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.

Maybe Menu/Tools/Detective/Trace dependents could help.

But this functions work one cell at a time. Or not?

But you can select e.g. a column, and the first one is marked, so you not need to select exactly every cell,
