Hi everyone I’m new to using LibreOffice, want to know for example I have Values in Column that may or may not be used anywhere in the spreadsheet, is there a way to filter values that are not used and remove them?
Yes, there are a few ways. Here one:
- Select the data, choose menu
Data
-AutoFilter
. - When prompted if Do you want the first line to be used as column header?, answer Yes if first line is no data.
To continue, take a look at LibreOffice Help on Applying AutoFilter.
Once filtered, you can copy and paste, or delete the visible data.
Tested with LibreOffice 6.3.6.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.
