When opening my documents and sheets made with calc or writer v 6.3 there is under v 6.4 no content in the opened documents. Some formating things like different field sizes but no content in words or figures.

Yes I changed from debian 10 (LXDE) to Lubuntu 20.4

you are on an Ubuntu 20.04 based system (Lubuntu 20.04) using LibreOffice Version: 6.4.6.2 in an initial install scenario - hence check the following questions
- menu bar is just boxes, there are no words.
- cups Authentication not working correctly
- Broken LibreOffice Installation on Ubuntu 20.04
- Lubuntu 20.04, LibreOffice 6.4.3.2. My Samsung ML 1610 printer does not print text correctly through LibreOffice. It prints graphics correctly
- on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS undefined symbol: png_set_option, version PNG16_0
- Cannot print anything, exporting to PDF produces blank PDF (Lubuntu 20.04)
which seem to be completely unrelated but share the same solution.
