Web interface for LO as alternative to Google docs [closed]

Is there any plan to releasing (even forking) LO for the web?

P.S. Recently I forced to use Google docs because LO doesn't support cloud but I don't trust in Google products at all specially in compatibility issues.

I found this thread but unfortunately the only suitable alternative is FengOffice which has really lame spreadsheet

I agree with your point of view of not trusting Google products due to compatibility issues. I had the same problems. A good alternative that I found was CollateBox. Try it out at http://www.collatebox.com ! It solved all my spreadsheet problems and helped in asset management as well.
