I am trying to create a chart in libreoffice calc but I do not know why but I t can not use some of the data numbers and shows those on the chart as blank. Is there a way to fix this ???

First choose View - Value Highlighting You will see that the values that you consider the numbers, there are black and not blue. There are apostrophe Before each number stands, which makes Сalс take a number as text.
Now choose Edit - Find&Replace, set Search for as .+ (dot and plus), set Replace with as & (ampersand), select Other Options and set Regular Expressions on. Press Replace All and try to rebuild your chart.
Your problem is that you have very big and very small numbers. The small numbers are so small that they do not produce a picture in the chart. If you go into chart’s edit mode and hoover with the mouse over the invisible numbers you see them.
Your question how to fix it: You can change the max. value of the y-axis to 50 then you see the small numbers but the big numbers will be not distinguishable. Or make to charts one with big values, second with small values.
