When I use smart quotes in the current version of LibreOffice Writer, the open quote appears significantly larger than the close quote. Is there a way to fix this? I am a transcriptionist have some clients who are very picky about formatting. Thanks! [closed]

"current version" has broad meaning. LibO has FRESH and STILL versions. Please provide the version number.
