In previous versions of LibreOffice I could change the menu font easily. But starting in 5.0 I can’t seem to change the menu font. Could someone give instructions on how to change the menu font (I need to use a font that allows for another language other than English).
How did you change it previously?
Tools > Options… > LibreOffice > View > User Interface section > uncheck Use system font for user interface
and then use a font replacement table for Andale Sans UI and replace it with whatever font I want.
The reason is when I am using a foreign language, the system font doesn’t support it and so the text doesn’t render correctly when I try to use a spelling checker.
I’m on Windows 10, so it looks like the default menu font is no longer Andale Sans UI as it has been for years for LibreOffice but they rather took the windows default font of Segoe UI. If I create a replacement table for Segoe UI then it works fine.
