I have a LO version 4.4.5.2 in English, my OS is xubuntu 13.10, printer Canon pixma mg 4250.
My problem is when I print the document file with all margins set (i.e. 2,2,2,2cm) and page set for A4 and portrait the result is that the page is printed with NO top margin, I don’t know what to do! do I need to set the printer driver page to LETTER? because the printer driver is set to A4 page. When I print preview in LO every thing looks OK! BUT when print this problem occurs again. Is this a bug? I did have the same problem with others versions of LO.Why does it happen?

I assume you have the document page set to A4 in which case the printer should be set for A4. What happens if you set the top margin to 0 - do u loose part of the top of the document in the printout?
If I set the doc. page to A4 and the printer set to A4 as well this problem occurs again, BUT if I set the doc. page to letter size and printer to A4 the result is correct with the top margin.
