I saved a python macro to ~/.libreoffice/3/user/Scripts/python/ but I can't see it when I go to Tools > Macros > Organize Macros > Python. How can I run my script / macro?

In the upgrade from LibreOffice version 3.4 to version 3.5, the location of the user profile was changed from ~/.libreoffice to ~/.config/libreoffice. If you move your Python scripts to ~/.config/libreoffice/3/user/Scripts/python/ you will find them under "My Macros", and can run them just fine.
