I have LibreOffice 126.96.36.199 on Ubuntu. It appears that LibreOffice stores Java and Python macros in subdirectories under the following directory. /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/Scripts
When I open a control in a Base project I can “see” what appears to be the sample Java macros under the “LibreOfficeMacros” tab, but they do not execute. The Python sample macros are not visible, under the “LibreOfficeMacros” tab. The sample macros in /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/Scripts are not visible from the “organize macro. LibreOffice” tab.
There was a prior solved post on this forum Where are my python macros? Along with a similar StackOverflow response. These solutions did not not result in the Python macro script becoming visible for me.

How can LibreOffice be configured to display and execute those macros?
