When I have a spreadsheet and Writer document open at the same time, Windows 7 displays them both with the spreadsheet icon. This is confusing, as I go looking for the Writer document and think it's not open, re-open it, etc. Is there a way to separate the separate apps into separate icons?

Hi @endolith, There's no clear answer based on the comments below on whether this is an OS-option or a bug/enhancement that LO needs to work on. Please file a bug about this problem. The QA team will be happy to help you track down this issue! Thanks!

I guess that's technically a solution, but not what I am looking for.

There is no OS option to do this. After searching around online, this seems to be a bug in LibreOffice that has not been fixed.

I think it is an OS option, but I can not remember where to set up.
