I have a slide with numbered bullet points and want to make the numberings ("1." etc.) bold. However, I can't seem to find a way to do so. How is that done?

I'm using LibreOffice 3.5.x on Ubuntu 12.10.

You can do this with Styles. Open the Styles and Formatting window if it is not already open. In the Styles and Formatting window, click the Presentation Styles icon, then select the text of one of your bullet points. The style that is applied to this text will be highlighted in the Styles and Formatting window. Right-click on the highlighted style and choose Modify. Click on the Font tab. Under Style, select Bold and click Ok. The numbering will now be changed to bold.
