Making numbering bold in Impress

I have a numbered bullet point list in an Impress presentation slide and I want to make the numberings bold. Can this be done, and how? I’m using LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 Build ID: 1:6.4.7-0ubuntu0.20.04.6.

There was a previous topic from a decade ago, but the proposed solution doesn’t work, it makes all the text of the list bold, I want only the numbered bullets bold.

You can adjust the color, and the size of the numbering of the Lists - More Numbering function by usage of the SideBar:

This is not as such possible in Impress. The numbering adopts the formatting of the very first character of the list item.

An ugly hack to make that work would be to insert an invisible separator ( U+2063) in the front, then format that character.
