Install 6 or 7; run it. You will also need 2.65 and 1.11. Clone. Build. Download and install 1.8.0 if you need.
Note that it’s better to write questions in normal language, not “10.11 How to build on 10.11?”. If you need instructions to build on an old version of something, it’s a development-related question, so you would need to look for developer resources on the project homepage (hint: look under “IMPROVE IT”), and in the wiki, find build instructions for your OS, then look in the Wiki page history.
