I have tried to install the last TWO notifications of LibreOffice GB versions “update available” - NONE of the icons with either download is RESPONSIVE. Therefore I can NOT open any LibreOffice file whatever.
THIS IS MESSED UP. Please fix it.
Fortuneately I keep the old versions of the install files with their help files in seperate folders; BUT it is inconveniently TIME-WASTING to completely remove the failed install & then install the older working version. The ONLY reason I bothered to try to update now is because of the constant annoying reminders that “a new update is available”.
You’ve had this problem for a while now - because it was a few weeks ago that I tried to update and it failed in exactly the SAME way - UNRESPONSIVE.
OK, so now I’ll go through the same rigmarole of going back to an older version.
