A Hebrew section is missing

I don’t see a Hebrew section on the website. Now, it’s true that not that many people speak Hebrew, but the relative share of the user-base is much higher: The number of user Hebrew-localized website actions on the LO website is 40K/annum, where for Arabic it’s 113K/annum.

So, Hebrew section please.
