A sum which should result in zero is showing a positive figure

I have a check facility on my calc spreadsheet. By subtracting two cells which should match, it will show ‘OK’ if they are the same amount or the discrepancy if there is one.

However, on one sheet I am getting a discrepancy reading even though the two cells are the same (see photo - A - B should be 0.

Puzzling. I have checked that no cells have formulas that may generate a very small decimal but as you can see from the example, the cells A and B are showing more zero digits than the result - if that makes sense

Any suggestions welcome.
