Is there a possibility to add a keyboard shortcut for the context menu (right-click menu)?
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find this option in Tools > Customize > Keyboard.
Sorry, but wouldn’t this be more a OS setting rather than a LO problem? Don’t know which OS you’re using (Win? Mac? Linux?) but under the “Accessibility” preferences I’m sure you’ll find something for that.
Well, this is not exactly a problem. And it’s working in Linux too as suggested in the answer marked correct.
It already exists. It is Shift+F10. In addition on Windows the context menu key (between the right Windows-key and Ctrl-key) works as well.
Both are limited - for instance if you right click on a toolbar icon, like Bold, you get a pop-up menu with a list of formatting commands, but if you hover the mouse over the Bold button and press Shift+F10, you get a small menu with disabled edit functions like Copy/Cut/Paste.
It is the list of items, which exist in the toolbar but currently hidden. You get that list too with shift+F10. But you need to set the focus to that toolbar. Hovering with the mouse or clicking does not set the focus to the toolbar. You need to use the F6 key to traverse the toolbars. Both the shortcuts with F6 and with F10 belong to the accessibility features of LibreOffice.
