The paragraph as a Content item (allocated L4) gets aligned to the far left edge like the Chapter item whereas the other level (L2), a Heading 3 is indented. In the Edit Index - Entries all parameters are the same with no style allocated. How do I get a paragraph assigned to the Contents with the same indent as my heading 3?
ToC-entries on outline level 4 will use the “Contents 4” paragraph style. Modify that style to suit your needs.
