After inserting 7 Hyperlinks to http://www.xxxx Menus BLANK

I have never used hyperlinks before, so I may have missed some critical steps

I have a lot of shortcuts to web sites and wanted to use hyperlinks instead - in calc.
I replaced the first 7 okay as follows:
Insert Hyperlink
http://www.iufcu.org
form button
text IUFCU

works fine

after adding 8th http://www.tdameritrade.com
form button
text TDAmeritrade
it works perfectly
BUT
All the menus, even top right red X appear, but are BLANK

I was doing it wrong

1. select Insert Hyperlink
2. URL - http://www.xxx.xxx
3. Text - IUFCU
4. Name - IUFCU

works perfectly

Control + click - goes directly to site
