After upgrading to V5.4.2.2, some dialogue buttons and tool bars show non-English label

After upgrading to V5.4.2.2 some dialogue buttons and tool bars show non-English label. Hopefully, my question is being understood as I have problem attaching screen prints to this message. How can I resolve the problem.
