All ICONS greyed out and unclickable - Was previously clickable

I have been using LibreOffice 7.6 on Manjaro for the last 3 days, with 5 spreadsheets open.
Suddenly, All icons are greyed out, and I am unable to use any tools.

The program isnt frozen, because I can select cells, drag data etc, but I cannot seem to click the tool icons, see attached screenshot.

Its not protect sheet, they are all unprotected as before.

When I closed my webbrowser, the icons all light up.
I suspect it maybe due to computer memory being low.
