All my equation formulas was changed to Object xxx

, your software is garbage. All my equations in writer was changed to Object xx and my exam is tomorrow.

Решения.odt

OK then, it is a fix of just seconds. But if you want me to go away…

What is this collection of tags? common encompasses writer, calc, impress, base, draw and math. meta is contradictory with the previous ones as it addresses problems with the site itself.

A student should be used to learn and understand, so, please, retag your question accurately, probably keeping only writer (and math?). Press Enter twice to exit retag mode.

Thanks for sharing the file.

How do you inserted those formulas now visible, and how those with problem? Do you saved them? Was this in the same computer?

Do you saved the document (at some moment) as .doc(x)?

Share your operating system and version of LibreOffice (you can copy from menu Help - About LibreOffice).

Yes I saved the document to docs but I deleted the doxs now. I Started to write again the formulas because I have to give this work at 00.00

Yes all the formulas was written on the same computer and on the same operation system (Ubuntu mate 20).

If you saved the document as .doc(x) and reloaded it from this format, this is when the file was damaged. Word formula editor is not compatible with mathml as defined by international standards.

No I do not made it. I save the file in odt and when all the formulas was corrupted I save the file like docs to try to obtain pdf format in internet converter.

But just now when I re-write the formulas again, when I save the document, the formulas disappear again.

I wish to the creator of this package to die form COVID 19 as well as all its family.

Don’t use non native obsolete format for important work. Always save as odt or ods and if you need pdf then export as pdf from LibreOffice. The pdf exported is excellent

This does not work. I tried it.

So then you might try rebooting computer in case of some oddity of the operating system and try again.

Or see if it is visible in safe mode. If it is then your user profile might be corrupted. I recommend backing up your user profile before trying resetting it.

And this does no work

(nothing new, I just fixed formatting)

I did a quick examination of your file in the vicinity of equation 2.3 which is the first occurrence of the “accident” in the text (excluding footnotes).

The immediate equation is called Object19 in the Navigator. Equation 2.3 is called Object21. When I right-click on both and Properties, Options name, the Names are the same as in the Navigator. But the second one displays “Object 23” in red with a space between “Object” and “23”. I don’t know where this label comes from.

Going to the XML, Object19 is a <draw:frame draw:name="Object19 … > containing a <draw:object><math …> code of the formula </math></draw:object> followed by a <draw:image> as a fallback.

The Object21 is different. It is a <draw:frame draw:name="Object21 … > containing a <draw:object-ole/><draw:image/>, i.e. an empty OLE object and an empty fallback image.

Notice the XML element claims to be an ole-object, not an object. It seems to suggest (I am not an expert in ODF XML) that your formula was a link to another file at some point in your writing. The file is not accessible and some procedure on your part resulted in losing the link to the file.

Notice also there is no fallback image, thus “something” generated the “Object 23” replacement.

All your “missing” formulas are typed object-ole. I can’t explain why later in the document the replacement image looks like a Lego brick because the <draw:image/> is still empty.

My diagnostic is either you moved your document out of reach of the links to the OLE objects, or you damaged it with incorrect editing attempts.

As it is, nothing can be done to retrieve the missing OLE objects.

On a global point of view, you use Writer just like you would a mechanical typewriter: all your text is styled Preformatted Text, aligned with spaces or tabs. Vertical separation is achieved with empty paragraphs.

I recommend you read the Writer Guide and learn how to use a modern document processor. Writer is not garbage but very powerful provided you accept to learn it. But you don’t learn how to use a parachute just before jumping out of the plane. You train before and afford enough time for it.
