Alt + Shift shortcuts not working - evoking alt shortcut

If I assign a macro to Alt + and then assign another one to Alt + Shift + then upon pressing Alt + Shift + the macro assigned to Alt + is evoked. If I make sure that Alt + is not assigned to anything, then Alt + Shift + is not working. In addition, in the Customize → Keyboard, shortcuts involving the meta key are missing. How do I make Alt + Shift + shortcuts work and is there a way to enable shortcuts with meta key?

System: Debian Bookworm
Libreoffice version: 7.4.7.2

Works for me: Fedora 38, KDE Plasma desktop, LO 7.5.7.1

hello sir
I was using LibreOffice 7.6 through Ubuntu 22.04 and had problem with insert equation with key → shift+alt+E
i searched for this problem and i found that there was another key in my system to change layout (change language) and it was → shift+alt
then i disabled this key with Ubuntu tweaks and change it to → super+space
and my problem was solved. i don’t know how you can change this key in Debian.
but first of all you have to check that is key → shift+alt change your keyboard language or not.
if it is…
i hope this link help you if you use gnome:

you have to change key from shift+Alt to super+space
and this link above introduce some tools for it.
note: if this sentences didn’t help … Maybe this problem occurs when the key → shift +Alt has a role that it must not have when you use LibreOffice.
