Annoying behaviour Version: 4.4.0.3 (DK)

Hi all,
When double-clicking an icon it means that I want to Work with this calc-sheet. Almost all the times it turns up in background and if you have a lot of open Windows on your screen it is very annoying.

Is there a solution to this so my choice always turns up in foreground?
