Any way to move calc cell content up or down in relation to rest of list?

In some text editors if the cursor is on a line and you press alt-up it moves the whole line up one in relation to the rest. Same for alt-down.

Is there a way to replicate this in calc? I have a column for each day, and sometimes I need to quickly move items in the column up or down.

Thanks, that second link with the alt-drag is the closest to what I’m looking for (so far)
