I have recently discovered the LibreOffice project for iOS, Callabora Office. Has anyone here used it and have they noticed any significant problems with it? Since testing the Writer program, I have noticed a few irritating bugs like when using an external keyboard, the cursor keys don’t work.

No - you seem to misinterpret this site and thus the link is relevant. It is not a discussion forum and you haven’t a question at all (adding a question mark to the end of a sentence doesn’t turn a statement to a question). And “Anyone using Callabora Office iOS?” can be answered by “probably yes”.
