apostrophe character is transformed in another one like < or > in writer

**Hello,
Every time I press the apostrophe key in Writer → ’ ← on my keyboard, I get on the screen another character like this one : – > ‹ ← or this one → › ← when I press the key for the second time.
How can I do for a correct corresponding between the keyboard and the screen. I’ve never seen that before !!! There is no problem when I do the same in Calc. I look at the cell and it’s correct !
What’s the problem ?

Look at Tools → AutoCorrect → AutoCorrect Options → Localized Options tab: there you’ll find the “single quotes substitution” option.
