I’m in school and I use LibreOffice for notes and homework. Every time I try to open the app to use it, it tells me that its not responding. What do I do?

Three places to start:
- Using safe mode, if the user-profile of LibreOffice for you is corrupted.
- Re-Install LibreOffice, is installing the software didn’t work
- Find out, if some security system blocks that “new, unknown app from the internet”. This may need to be repeated after every update.
- Find out, if you have the necessary rights on your system for the steps above
