Arabic and english side by side

Hey everyone!

So I’m trying to do something like the first picture, english on the left, arabic on the right on the same line. But it’s very dificult to do. I use wps writer as well as libreoffice but I cant figure it out and its been like months I’m struggling to do it.

The closest I’ve gotten is by using text boxes. So one of the left and one on the right, it works well, but when I have slightly longer text, it dosent transfer to the next page like it dosent split, rather it just makes the page long if that makes sense.

Plus it’s hard to format the whole thing altogether cause like if I want to add some text in the beginning of the pdf or document, it just overlays on the text. So I would have to go all the way at the bottom and manually move each text box like bit down to make it work, and it’s of course anoying when u have like 100 or 300.

I want to put arabic right side, eng left side, and a english box at the bottom (like in the middle) like in the pic it says comments. And then repeat.

Idk why it’s so difficult, it’s annoying to format arabic and eng together. Text boxes work really nicely and easily, but like I said, it dosent transfer to the next page, idk why.

Can anyone help? I would really appricate it, their has to be a easier way or perhaps fix the boxes issue. Like select all the boxes and just move it down or up. It dosent really work.

Why do you ask in the arabic category if your question is totally in English?

I don’t know but also interested so commenting to follow.

You can follow without commenting and without answering (as actually you did without providing a solution). Just change to Watching the button with a bell (see below).

You can work with tables with two columns, and one row per paragraph.
You can configure for the table (or the cells) to split between pages.
You can add normal paragraps between tables, or combine the cells in one row for the comments.
