Are there any plans to make LibreOffice a restartable Windows 10 application?
At least searching for “restartable” at https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/ does not yield any result. Hence there seems to be no official request to implement and ideas to do so may be buried in developer’s brains, where users of LibreOffice do not have access to ;-).
… but tdf#141280 will take care of that when/if implemented
