In the upcoming Unicode CLDR release there are changes in the collation rules for the Latvian language. Will those changes appear automatically in the LibreOffice, or should I make a bug report?
We use ICU library for collation for most of locales, and update it regularly. It is expected, that on a system with an up-to-date ICU, or using a TDF build (which bundles own ICU), you get the rules updated, as soon as the library is updated. However, you are welcome to file a bug report nevertheless.
