With the latest update to LibreOffice the cursor cell outline has changed from black to a very light blue that my eyes cannot see well. How can I change the cursor online (not cell borders) back to black.

The colour of the rectangular cursor for selecting a box in my Calc page is black. How can I change the colour to make it more visible?

I understand that, but my question is, is there anyway to change the light blue to black?

Me too. The light blue is virtually invisible to me and makes spreadsheets difficult to use. An option to choose a colour for the cell highlight would be best.
