I am using Windows 10 (updated to last revision), HP Envy. I tried to install the app a few times (including after a reboot) and keep getting an error 2329.32 dialog box. Please advise.

Have you installed a current version of LibreOffice? The answer in the first link provided in my answer talks about using MSI file of current installation of LibreOffice to uninstall that, before you try to install any new version.
